Drive Mechanism

The conveyor operates using a flat synthetic belt powered by an AC geared motor, with friction between the belt and rollers converting linear belt movement into smooth roller rotation. To accommodate the opposing roller angles, two separate belts are employed—one for each side. Both belts can be driven by a common motor through connected drive shafts or powered independently for precise control. Pressure rollers positioned below each belt apply controlled tension, ensuring optimal friction, reliable operation, and consistent product cantering along the conveyor’s length.
